Terms & Conditions
Options for half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) rentals. Rental starts from 9:30 AM — 5:30 PM.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking to confirm your reservation. This deposit ensures that all necessary arrangements and
Damaged or Broken Items: In the event that any items are damaged, broken, or lost during the rental or service period, the client will be held responsible for covering the full replacement or repair costs.
These charges will be assessed based on the current market value of the item(s) and will be deducted from any remaining balance or billed separately if needed.
Setup Time: Setup can begin 30 minutes before the event.
Additional Charges: Extra hours will incur a charge of MYR 200 per hour, subject to availability.
